MS 154 is a softback pocket notebook measuring 160 x 100 mm. The binding consists of red soft back card, originally staple-bound but subsequently sewn, with ‘Memo Book’ printed in upper case. There is a small label on the front cover placed there by the literary executors. Internally there are 95 leaves, each ruled with 20 lines, the leaf after f. 24 has been torn out. The volume is foliated ff. 1-24, unfoliated leaf, 25-48, unfoliated leaf, 49-94. The text is in German using in pencil and a pen with black ink.

This volume was passed by Rush Rhees to Trinity College Library on 25 Sep 1970.
