TS 220 consists of 139 leaves of typescript. The first three leaves measure 234 x 170 mm and the remaining ones measure 295 x 207 mm and are foliated ff. i-iii, 2-137. There are some annotations by Wittgenstein and others to the earlier parts of the text, written in black ink and pencil. The text is in German and typed on the rectos of the leaves only.
