MS 141 consists of 5 large-format bifolia measuring 470 x 300 mm each ruled with 46 lines. At some point the manuscript has been folded into quarters. The text is in German and written in blue/black ink on the recto of the first three bifolia and on both rectos of the remaining two. Only the pages with text are paginated pp. 1-7, but the order in which the pages should be read is 1,2,3,4,7,5,6. The second verso of the third bifolium has pencil drawing on it.
