MS 150 is a softback notebook measuring 279 x 227 mm. The binding consists of brown card covers with a red fabric spine, originally staple-bound but since sewn. The front cover bears a small label affixed by the literary executors and has ‘C6’ and a note written in pencil in the top right-hand corner. There is a label on the inside rear cover reading ‘W. Heffer and Sons Ltd, 19 Sidney Street, Cambridge.’ Internally, there are 48 leaves measuring 279 x 219 mm, each ruled with 29 lines, paginated pp. 1-96 by Wittgenstein. The text is in German and English and is written in pencil.

This volume was passed by Rush Rhees to Trinity College Library on 25 Sep 1970.
