TS 211 consists of 771 leaves of carbon-copy typescript measuring 290 x 227 mm, foliated ff. 1-31, 31a-42, 42a-400, 402-563, 565-771. The text is in German and has been typed on the recto pages only. Numerous pages have been transferred to TS 213 and have subsequently been replaced by photocopies. Ff. 207-211 are typed on slightly smaller leaves measuring 285 x 221 mm. There are occasional annotations in indelible pencil.

The typescript was found in Gmunden and lent to Rush Rhees in 1967 by John Stonborough, who gave it to Trinity College Library on 7 November 1969.
