MS 139a consists of 12 leaves measuring 328 x 204 mm in a blue card folder with a small label on the front affixed by the literary executors. The text is in English and is written in pencil. It is paginated I-V, 6-15, 16, 17, 18-21, though only the pages containing the main text are paginated, that between 16 and 17 and 17 and 18 contain excised text and are blank.
