MS 178b is formed of 5 loose leaves measuring 295 x 231 mm. Each leaf is ruled with 29 lines with 56 faint vertical lines. The manuscript is numbered ’Sheet 1, 69’ and is foliated ff.1-5, though not in Wittgenstein’s hand. The text is in German and written in pen using blue/black ink.
