At first sight we should say: here we have obviously two clearly different cases athough we admit ˇthat we can't know which we have before us. I should say: You We obviously use two different pictures which

one
 could describe like this: …. But we use
the
both
 pictures in such
a
same
 way that the two games ‘come to the same’.
